A durable resin bond and web pair with a premium aluminum oxide grain for consistent results as the wheel continuously erodes to expose fresh abrasives. The alternating cloth and non-woven flap design makes the wheel less aggressive than all-cloth wheels but more aggressive and less conforming than wheels with all non-woven flaps.
